Shipping policy
From Carmelo Cotton we ship to the entire peninsula, including Portugal, and to the Balearic Islands. Domestic shipments are made every day from Monday to Friday through Correos Express, and are sent out at 10 in the morning. Processing time before shipping is usually 1 business day.

Regional shipping (Galicia): 4,20€ - 1 to 2 business days
Shipping to the Canary Islands (Tenerife and Las Palmas): 11,90€ - 1 to 4 business days
Shipping to Portugal: 7,20€ - 2 to 3 business days
Shipping to France: 9,90€ - 4 to 7 business days
Shipping to Belgium: 10,90€ - 4 to 7 business days
Shipping to the Netherlands: 9,90€ - 4 to 7 business days
Shipping to Germany: 8,90€ - 4 to 7 business days
Shipping to Italy: 11,90€ - 4 to 7 business days
As soon as the orders leave our workshop, the customer receives an email with the tracking link. The parcel company will contact the client if there is no response at the time of delivery, and they will try to deliver it again up to a maximum of two times. If after several delivery attempts the customer does not receive the order, it will return to our workshop and must pay for the shipping again, in case you want to receive it again.

At Carmelo Cotton we promise to deliver orders in good condition, and we will assume any error caused by us, always trying to offer the best solution to the customer.
Carmelo Cotton is not responsible for possible delays in deliveries, since it is the direct responsibility of the parcel company, and once the package leaves our facilities we have no power over its management.
At Carmelo Cotton we send all the packages with their corresponding documentation when required. Possible customs costs derived from withholdings for shipments to the Canary Islands or outside the European Union will be borne by the customer.
