Do you accept returns?

Yes. The customer must be responsible for the cost of shipping, and from Carmelo Cotton we will take care of managing it through our parcel company. You can request a return through the Returns Portal on our website. If you have any problems, contact us at hola@carmelocotton.com

 

If something is sold, are you going to replace it?

Since our clothes are vintage we only have 1 unit of each garment, so if something is sold we will not have it again, but a similar garment may appear in the future!

 

Are the clothes original?

Yes. Our garments go through different selection processes to ensure that the brands are authentic and do not have any defects. 

However, sometimes some fake garments appear which, due to their rarity or their aesthetic or representative value of the time, we consider to be suitable for sale. In both cases, whether or not they are true, we duly clarify it in the description of each product.

 

How does your store work?

We are a vintage clothing store, and we are especially dedicated to making reworks such as corsets, crops or sets. Our clothing is mostly second-hand, and we take care of fixing it, preparing it and transforming it into new garments so that it can be sold without damage. As they are vintage garments, there is only 1 unit of each, and if something is sold we will not be able to replace it. For this reason, we stress the importance of keeping an eye on our instagram to find out when we upload new products, because they tend to sell out very quickly.

 

Where is my order?

You will be able to track your order once it leaves our workshop, through a link that we will send you to your email. You can also locate it from our website in the "Follow your order" section.
